This includes storing, selling, or using chemicals classified as poisons under the law.

• Application Form (State-specific):
  For new license to possess, sell, or use poison; issued by the District Collector / SDM

• Renewal Application:
  To extend validity of an existing license; submitted annually or biennially

• Affidavit of Safe Use:
  Declares proper handling, storage, and non-misuse of poisons; submitted by applicant

• Permit for Sale / Distribution:
  For companies selling poison-based chemicals; issued by District Authority
