• Form LE-1 – For manufacturing of Class A or B explosives; issued by PESO (Chief Controller of Explosives)

• Form LE-2 – For storage of explosives in approved magazines; issued by PESO

• Form LE-3 – For possession and use of explosives (e.g., mining, construction); issued by PESO

• Form LE-4 – For the sale or distribution of explosives; issued by PESO

• Form LE-5 – For the transport of explosives by road or rail; issued by PESO or District Authority

• Form LE-6 – For import or export of explosives; issued by PESO or Ministry of Commerce

• Form LE-7 – For trial manufacture or testing of explosives; issued by PESO
