This includes industrial gases like oxygen, nitrogen, acetylene, hydrogen, LPG, and others used in manufacturing, welding, healthcare, and distribution networks.

    Issued by: PESO

  • Form D – For import/export of gas cylinders
    Issued by: PESO / DGFT

  • Renewal Application Form – For periodic license renewal (every 1–3 years)
