  Issued by: Local Fire Department / Chief Fire Officer

• Fire System Drawings and Layouts – To be submitted for approval as per NBC guidelines

• Affidavit of Compliance – Declaring installation of approved fire systems

• Renewal Application – For annual revalidation of NOC

Processing Time: 15–25 working days
Renewal: Annual or biennial, depending on state regulations and risk category
